We are a volunteer organization, comprised of Democratic and Independent voters who want to see a real choice when we go into the voting booth. To that end we have aggressively recruited qualified individuals to run for local office.
Democrats have always believed that every person has an equal voice and is entitled to a direct connection to local government. Therefore, we will continue to register residents to vote, educate voters on issues of concern, and work to get Democrats to the polls on Election Day.
We are working to develop a true two party system here in DuPage Township, reminding residents of the benefit of checks and balances. We believe that one party rule doesn’t work any better in local government than it has in Washington, D.C.
Our membership, friends and volunteer base continue to grow. You can join us. Our meetings are always open to the public. We meet monthly at Rancho Santa Fe Restaurant, 195 Remington Drive in Bolingbrook (next to the Holiday Inn) on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
